[customer-answer]Login to your account and head over to your orders page to begin the returns process, click on the drop down and select create return. Once you have filled out your reason for returning the item and it has been accepted. Please pack the item in its original packaging and attach a returns label to the front. You can only return an item within 28 days of purchase.
