Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that have been personalised for you by us also Lingerie / Underwear / Facial & Body hair / Wigs and some health and personal care items.

Should you have an issue with your order
You should create a return request in your account within 30 days of your order to let the seller know you would like to return the item for a refund. 

This request will open a case with our team to monitor the safe dispatch and arrival of the goods and the overall protection of you funds. 

Once your return is received and the tracking states it has been delivered we will initiate a refund request via PayPal. 

Exchanges are not accepted through the platform. You should return your item for a refund and then order a new item.
