• Handlebar can also be used without the seat (just the o-bar handlebar) - as it is lower in height so ideal for when children first start scooting.  
• You do not need any other parts to install the handlebar
• This part slots into the base of any 3in1 or Mini Micro scooter (including deluxe models).
