Super excited to finally collaborate with my mentor and founder of Angus & Oink, Scott, and create my very own noodle seasoning!
I've taken inspiration from my time backpacking in Thailand (when i lived on noodles and shrimp), to create this Tom Yum Noodle/Broth seasoning!
Just add water and BANG!
Using the best of ingredients, I have created my very hot & sour Thai Tom Yum Noodle Broth Seasoning!
Use powder at 5%, so for every 100ml of water add 5g of seasoning! Miso Hungry!!
