Carex Pendula | Pendulous Sedge
Carex Pendula, also known as the Pendulous Sedge, has dark green leathery leaves which grow upward then droop to form a weeping mound. The pendulous seed heads can often be seen by streams and brooks. Little maintenance is required. Trim just above the water surface after foliage has died back in Autumn to tidy.
